Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries related to booking, flight information, and other services. Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, scheduling, and basic research. Help manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computer systems, software, and communication tools.
