Full Stack Web Developer Company: KonnectHub Position Type: Part-Time | Independent Contractor | Remote (Philippines) Schedule: PST (California Hours) Role Overview KonnectHub is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web platforms, digital products, and internal systems. This role covers both frontend and backend development, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support marketing, operations, and internal workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital solutions while following modern development standards and best practices. The ideal candidate has experience with React or Vue.js, PHP, MySQL, API integrations , and is comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Web Application Development Design, develop, and maintain websites, landing pages, and internal web applications Build scalable full stack solutions aligned with business needs Optimize applications for performance, security, and responsiveness Maintain and enhance existing systems Frontend Development Develop responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Work with React or Vue.js frameworks Translate UI/UX designs into functional components Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Backend Development Develop server-side logic using PHP Build and maintain RESTful APIs Manage and optimize MySQL databases Implement secure authentication and data handling API Integration & Automation Integrate third-party services (CRM, payment gateways, analytics tools) Develop APIs and automation to streamline workflows Ensure stable system connectivity across platforms Internal Tools Development Build internal dashboards and tools for HR, Operations, and Finance Automate business processes through custom solutions Development & Deployment Use Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) Follow best practices for code reviews and branching Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Maintain staging and production environments Testing & Quality Assurance Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards Collaboration Work with design, marketing, and internal stakeholders Provide technical recommendations and improvements Required Qualifications 2–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development Based in the Philippines Strong proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript PHP MySQL Experience with React or Vue.js Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services Familiarity with Git/version control systems Strong understanding of modern web architecture and best practices Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, user access) for core development responsibilities.
