As an Automated Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for retrieving and stacking products, building stable pallets, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will utilize computers, software, and complex machines to facilitate case picking and sorting, while adhering to established safety procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and stack products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Build stable pallets of product while meeting or exceeding warehouse and company expectations
- Assist in case picking and sorting within the automated environment
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes
- Maintain knowledge of working in different work areas throughout the workday
- Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
- Ability to adapt to needs of role in different work areas throughout the workday
- Ability to read and interpret instructions from a computer screen
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate packages
