We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. About the Role We're looking for a talented and bilingual individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You'll work closely with our account management systems to improve the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. This is a full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home office. Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish. Providing empathy and support to customers throughout the claims process, ensuring clear communication in their preferred language. Accurately collecting and documenting all claim details shared by customers into the designated system. Resolving customer issues by following client-specific handling instructions. Using call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in claim handling and customer interactions. Maintaining a reliable attendance record in compliance with the Attendance Policy. Adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches to ensure consistent productivity and customer service coverage. Required Skills and Abilities To succeed in this role, you'll need: Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and verbal communication. Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to type at least 40WPM. Cell phone with reliable internet connectivity. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred. Physical and Network Requirements As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Prolonged periods sitting, listening, and observing or working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms. Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Private network connection, not allowed to work in public locations.
