Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Handle high-volume calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information
- Handle patient medicine demands and enter top-off orders for handling, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
- Settle all information entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer+ Using a mouse to point and click+ Starting and closing programs+ Switching between programs+ Saving files+ Printing documents+ Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program+ Composing URLs in the right area+ Using a web search engine+ Bookmarking a webpage+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons+ Completing forms online
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Organizing records
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Organizing records
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
