The Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving growth and success for arenaflex. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits Work with members to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive growth and success for arenaflex Requirements: Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and members Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required) MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA What We Offer: At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
