As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for coordinating planes on the ground, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring our ground operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Work collaboratively with other Ground Operations teams to meet flight departure timelines
- Load, unload, and service aircraft, as well as handle cargo, baggage, and mail
- Operate and drive mechanized equipment, such as belt loaders and lift trucks
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to our high standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training
- Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain a SIDA badge
- Ability to lift and move items of up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required
