With a competitive salary starting at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
As an Overnight Stocking Coach, you will:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and business results
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales goals
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on performance management and development
