Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service
- Manage restaurant finances, including labor costs, inventory, and sales growth
- Implement brand standards, ensuring compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and quality control measures
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Analyze sales trends, implement strategies to drive growth, and optimize restaurant performance
- Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintenance
- Model our company values, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant management
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficiency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and financial analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a minimum of 50 hours of availability per week
