We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee in Houma, LA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback to enhance performance
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop strategies to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall shopping experience
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, to ensure a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business results
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
