A Typical Day as a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate

As a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns, while verifying data and information using a verification process.
  • Addressing customer questions, displaying exceptional customer service skills, and documenting both customer concerns and solutions.
  • Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
  • Keeping our community safe and making a positive impact through your work.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate
