Responsibilities:
- Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
- Inspecting and receiving product, as well as prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock
- Performing packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, and preparing products for shipping
- Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests
- Investigating customer complaints regarding shipment errors and updating inventory stock levels
Requirements:

- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to actively participate as a team member and provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
- Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motion
- Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
- Regularly lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
