As a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker), you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and interacting with them in person and on the phone
- Process sales, loans, and extensions
- Perform opening and closing store duties
- Work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve store goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well independently and as a team member
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics
- Sales background
- Bilingual
