Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Avis Budget Group enterprise, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a unique outdoor combination role that involves assisting customers with rental and return processes at our airport lots.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with rental and return processes on our airport lots
- Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers
- Providing excellent customer service to clients at our exit gates or during the return process
- Working effectively in an outdoor environment, with flexibility to work all shifts

- Competitive hourly wage of $16.00/hour
- Shift premium may apply
- Bi-weekly hourly wage (weekly wage in New York and Puerto Rico)

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
