We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Seasonal Route Assistant to join our team at UPS. As a Route Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our drivers deliver packages to customers across the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Ride along with a Package Delivery Driver and assist with deliveries
- Help navigate through pre-assigned delivery routes
- Interact with customers and provide excellent service
- Lift packages up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Enjoy working outside and in a dynamic environment
- Stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- No experience necessary - we provide training
