Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in the Monroe, GA area.
- Qualifications – Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid Georgia LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by the school district
- Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or community-based setting is preferred
- Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct care to students with medical needs
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Monitoring and reporting student health status
- Supporting students with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma)
- Assisting with IEP/504-related healthcare requirements
- Acting as a liaison between families, school staff, and medical professionals
