Job DescriptionJob Summary...
We are seeking an entry-level Online Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
รย Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
รย Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
รย Provide accurate information about products and services
รย Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
รย Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
รย Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics
Requirements
รย 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
รย High school diploma or equivalent required
รย Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
รย Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
รย Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
รย Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
รย Experience with chat software and technology
รย Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
รย Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
รย Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
