DIALOG is a multi-disciplinary practice focused on improving community wellbeing through design. They are seeking a motivated Junior Architectural Designer to assist in creating and developing innovative design concepts while collaborating with Senior Architects and team members throughout all phases of projects. Responsibilities Assist in creating and developing innovative design concepts, solutions while working collaboratively with a team during concept design, space planning, schematic design and design development Generate, ideate, and design in all phases under supervision Produce pre-design, design and technical drawings on all phases of a project under supervision Participate in the technical development of projects during construction documents with the guidance of Senior Architects Take ownership on project tasks and use critical and creative thinking to solve design and technical problems Maintain clear communication and coordination within internal team members and team leaders Support the development of the architectural in-house design production expertise and methodologies Attend or participate in client and user meetings Skills 0-2 years architectural production/design experience Degree in Architecture Experience using Revit Proficiency in 3D modeling parametric modeling and visualization using Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong visual and graphic communication skills Team oriented and committed collaborator Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration Proven commitment to going above and beyond to help create impactful, community-oriented spaces Interest in parametric modeling, AI, etc Benefits 401k matching Opportunities for full-time employees to participate and select from a range of comprehensive health, dental, and insurance benefits Encouraged work/life balance with gifted time off during the holiday season Reimbursement for professional memberships and dues Company Overview Hello.
