Our values of authenticity, teamwork, and customer obsession drive everything we do, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Your New Adventure** As a Junior Customer Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for: * Providing friendly, efficient, and informative support to customers via live chat, email, and phone * Collaborating with product management, engineering, and other teams to stay updated on the latest arenaflex features * Diagnosing root causes of customer issues and delivering effective solutions * Contributing to customer satisfaction and retention by offering excellent service * Helping arenaflex grow by turning both existing and new customers into loyal fans, taking every conversation as an opportunity to help retain and grow our customer base **Does This Sound Like You?** We're looking for a talented individual with: * Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written), mandatory * Great customer service skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and thorough follow-through * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Soft skills focused on risk management and negotiation * Comfortable multitasking and managing several customer interactions simultaneously * Familiarity with email systems, including filtering, spam management, and integration (a plus) * Basic knowledge of sales processes, including leads, opportunities, and deal tracking (a plus) * Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred) * Experience with sales/CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM (a plus) * Confident using helpdesk tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk, among others **Why arenaflex?** We're proud to offer a unique work environment that values: * **People-first culture**: Be part of a team that champions collaboration, supports each other, and values authenticity.
