Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and data processing tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting turnaround times and quality standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of domain processes, functions, and terminologies, including SOPs and QC checklists.
- Conduct coding activities, including importing and exporting coded medical terms, query management, and dictionary upversioning.
- Participate in clinical data management activities, including data review and query management, with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and productivity targets, adhering to industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
