Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Project Assistant to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, project coordination, and client relationship support. The Junior Sales Project Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and project-based support to ensure sales initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing documents, and managing sales records.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support account managers in maintaining positive client relationships.
- Help coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up activities with prospective and existing clients.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
- Compile sales data, analyze trends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, invoices, and sales metrics.
- Participate in sales project planning sessions and provide logistical and administrative support.
- Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Assist in researching new markets, competitors, and potential client opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- High School, Associates or Bachelorβs degree.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales support, project coordination, or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
