Act as a subject matter expert and consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue potential business opportunities and drive sales growth. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support cases, and other relevant data. Represent Becton Dickinson at conferences, events, and industry meetings to promote our laboratory automation and informatics solutions and gather market insights. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and increase efficiency.
