About the position Responsibilities • Maintain relationship with key account supervisors within districts • Manage and execute sales goals according to market test objectives • Secure and implement all seasonal and non-seasonal activities • Ensure quality standards at store level year-round in all test stores as well as during global visits • Negotiate shelf placement and manage merchandising of both at shelf and display implementation in all categories requested (center store, seasonal, frozen, bakery, etc.) maintaining space allocated at all times • Manage delivery and credits of test product thru backdoor with direct invoicing • Guarantee timely deliveries via direct store delivery to avoid out-of-stocks • Conduct weekly retail audits and manage inventory • Review pricing and promotions are accurate for all Ferrero products • Rotate product codes and align with FQD guidelines • Check and resolve out of code or damaged product • Collect preliminary observations, research and planning for future innovation and new categories • Provide feedback on market tests and insights as directed via store manager feedback, buyer, Shoprite raw data and Dunhumby platform • Support in-store set up with agency in qualitative panels outside of New Jersey area based on location of test • Provide in-store audit support in qualitative panels outside New Jersey area based on location of test during high volume seasonal periods (when applicable) • Support the Comitato Osservatorio ad hoc requests of new product requested for research • Supervise and train part time seasonal auditors (when applicable) Requirements • Associate/Bachelor's Degree required; in Business, Marketing or related field • 4 - 7 years of merchandising experience • Specific Knowledge: Negotiation skills, Merchandising, Data analytics, Invoicing, Strong Knowledge of Retail Marketplace (primarily Shoprite), Excel proficient, PPT skills Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
