We are a Central London based property investment consultancy specialising in government funded real estate across the UK. We work with public sector backed organisations, registered providers, and large charities to source long term income producing commercial property investments.
We are looking for a designer and developer to build a single high converting landing page that functions as a website, whose primary purpose is to generate qualified inbound enquiries from organic search traffic.
We are not running Google Ads or paid traffic to this page.
This is a website that is structured as a landing page.
The entire strategy is:
Search intent → landing page → enquiry.
