What You'll Actually Do
Pick apart settlement offers and find the leverage most lawyers miss. Build negotiation strategies around each client's real numbers, not templates. Get fluent in consumer debt law, MCA structures, and the gray areas where deals get made. And when a creditor won't come to the table, you go to court.

Who We're Looking For
Active bar license, clean record. Real experience in consumer advocacy, debt resolution, or civil litigation. You can break down a complex legal situation so a stressed-out business owner actually understands their options. You work well with a team, and you give a damn about the people sitting across the table from you.
