Job Description
We are looking for an experienced U.S. business attorney (preferably familiar with Pennsylvania law) to draft a formal Partnership / Referral Agreement based on a detailed outline we have already prepared.
Our company, AOK Studios, is a digital marketing agency focusing in photo and video production in different industries.
We already created a detailed draft structure and business terms for the agreement.
Your role will be to:
- Convert our outline into a legally sound contract
- Ensure it complies with Pennsylvania law
- Improve legal language and clarity
- Flag legal risks or missing provisions
- Advise on insurance coverage minimums appropriate for a media production / studio operation
- Structure the agreement so it clearly defines this as an independent business relationship (not a joint venture or partnership)
We are expecting:
- A professionally drafted agreement based on our outline
- Redlines or comments explaining any legal changes or recommendations
- Suggestions for missing clauses or protections
Ideal Candidate:
- U.S. business or contract attorney
- Experience drafting partnership, referral, or revenue-share agreements
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania business law
- Experience with media, production, or studio businesses is a plus
