- Lead the design, development, and execution of clinical and population health analyses and reporting
- Establish effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
- Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
- Mentor colleagues across the enterprise in analytics and business expertise
- Manage projects to successful completion while monitoring healthcare quality and costs
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Masterβs Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
- 7 years of experience in clinical and population health reporting and analyses
- 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical tools
- 5 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
- 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
