They are seeking a Mid-level Dynamics Developer to be responsible for the development, configuration, integration, administration, and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application.

Ā Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture
Ā Participate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutions.
Ā Proficient in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows and PowerApps)
Ā Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in production.
Ā Manage user roles and permissions.
Ā Ensure application components are in compliance with the enterprise and solution architecture and apply best practices.
Ā Follow change control procedures and manage the deployment from development to test to production.
Ā Collaborate with IT colleagues, business subject matter experts and outside vendors on end user issues and new application functionality.
Ā Adhere to an iterative, agile implementation methodology.
Ā Complete technical design deliverables and documentation.
Ā Provide post-production technical support to end users.
Ā Adhere to organizational policies and values.
Ā Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Ā Technical, development and administration experience with MS Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE), including configuration and customization experience
Ā Experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, and database platforms including SQL Server
Ā Familiarity with source code management concepts using Azure DevOps
Ā Experience with Dynamics creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, web services, and the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK
