- Responsibilities
- Handle complex employment litigation cases
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys
- Manage cases with increasing autonomy

- Provide clear and effective client communication
- Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions
- Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- 4–7 years of employment law experience, particularly in litigation
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases while staying organized
- Proficient in client communication and building trust
- Solutions-driven mindset with a passion for employee advocacy

- Salary Range: $175,000 - $300,000
