- Align AI initiatives with business objectives and oversee complex architecture projects
- Shape the organizational approach to responsible AI adoption
- Bring business leadership, business operations, project management, IT leadership, IT architecture and engineering together
- Deliver business outcomes and improve member experience and health outcomes
- Create technology strategies leveraging the IT portfolio
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other architects across Humana
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
- 10 or more years of experience in the design, development, and testing of software applications
- Associate or Professional Level Cloud certification in Azure, GCP or AWS (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Cloud technologies or Enterprise Architecture (Preferred)
- 2+ years of project leadership experience (Preferred)
