Job Description
I own a legal support company that provides contract probate, trust administration & guardianship paralegal services to FLORIDA law firms. I am looking for a lead generation and outreach specialist to help identify and connect with probate, estate planning, and elder law attorneys who may need contract support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Research probate and estate planning law firms
- Build targeted lead lists of attorneys and small law firms
- Send LinkedIn and/or email outreach messages to introduce our services
- Track responses and interested prospects in a spreadsheet
- Help schedule introductory calls when attorneys are interested
The goal is to connect with attorneys who may need overflow support or contract probate paralegal assistance.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience with B2B lead generation or outreach
- Comfortable researching businesses and building prospect lists
- Strong written English and professional communication
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus
This will likely begin with about 5–10 hours per week, with potential for ongoing work if the collaboration goes well.
