About Us We are an IT Outsourcing (ITO) company based in Hanoi, Vietnam, specializing in app and web development for international markets. As part of our market expansion, we are looking for Lead Generation Specialists to help us identify and connect with potential clients. Your Responsibilities - Research and identify potential leads based on predefined bolthires criteria - Collect accurate contact information (email, company details, etc.) - Send outreach emails and follow up with prospects - Book qualified calls with potential clients You will NOT be responsible for closing deals or leading sales calls → We already have a dedicated Business Development (BD) team handling deal closing and introductions Requirements & Commitments - Full-time availability: 8 hours/day - Daily KPI: Minimum 200 leads/day - Send email to 200 lead you have already found - Monthly KPI: Minimum 20 qualified calls/month Bonus Structure If you exceed 20 qualified calls/month, you will receive a $10 bonus for each additional qualified call Example: - 30 calls → +$100 bonus - 40 calls → +$200 bonus - 50 calls → +$300 bonus What We Care About - We focus on final results, not just the number of leads - Quality calls matter more than raw data volume - Clear communication and consistency are highly valued
This is a long-term, full-time role.
