- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that generate high-quality leads.
- Negotiate initial terms with prospects and set appointments for the sales team to advance the sales process.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and services to communicate value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience that encourages ongoing engagement.
- Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation roles within technology or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully converting prospects into qualified leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns, especially warm calling techniques that foster trust and rapport.
- Knowledge of sales processes related to technology solutions or technical sales is highly desirable.
