Lead M&A Advisor & Strategic Consultant (B2B SaaS / Travel-Tech)
An experienced and well-connected M&A Advisor is sought to facilitate strategic partnerships, mergers, offers from acquirers or investment opportunities on behalf of a private client. This engagement offers a substantial opportunity to represent a highly profitable, debt-free B2B SaaS company with an exceptional market footprint.
Phase 1: Strategic Target Identification (2-hours)
Evaluate the client's Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM). Improve & update CIM to better reflect the company's strengths.
Analyze a curated list of 100+ potential strategic partners and acquirers, while also leveraging your own industry network to identify additional high-value prospects.
Provide a targeted shortlist detailing the firm name, buyer category, recent deal history, and a clear strategic rationale for why they are an ideal fit for a debt-free Travel-Tech SAAS company generating $3M in annual revenue with $1M in profit.
Note: While the client's core focus is Travel-Tech, recommendations for broader B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services investors are welcome if there is strong strategic alignment.
Phase 2: Outreach & Representation (8-hours)
Act as the Senior Consulting Advisor to lead the confidential outreach process.
Facilitate warm introductions with key executives and decision-makers on behalf of the client.
Secure Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and help negotiate optimal terms for a strategic transaction.
Client Profile: Industry: Travel-Tech / B2B SaaS, Location: US-LLC, Customer Base: 2,500+ active clients, Financials: $3M Revenue, $1M Profit (Zero Debt)
