To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum 3 years of relevant Machine Operator experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant Floor Lead experience

Able to use basic hand and power tools

Ability to manage and train a team of 3-5 people

Basic math skills and mechanical and electrical aptitude

Ability to identify problems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

As a Lead Machine Operator - Floor Lead, your responsibilities will include:
