Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at AT&T as a Lead Media Manager, Strategy and Planning, and play a pivotal role in redefining connectivity and transforming how the world shares stories and experiences that matter. As a key member of our Consumer Wireless & Brand paid media team, you will design best-in-class media strategies and ad experiences across all facets of the program, including Mass Media, Performance Media, and Sports Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies across all paid media channels for AT&T Postpaid Wireless and AT&T Brand media plans.
- Collaborate closely with our media agency of record (Hearts & Science) on all components of the media plan and investment process.
- Conduct performance analysis, optimizations, and reporting to maximize media plan performance and investments.
- Provide media landscape intelligence and thought leadership to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in integrated media planning with an emphasis on Digital Media/Sports Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale media investments and agency resources.
- Marketing Science/Analytics background with the ability to review, understand, and present plan performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly and with confidence.
- Strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working style.
