Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Lead .NET Developer / Architect with 12+ years of strong hands-on development and architectural experience. The ideal candidate must have worked on large-scale enterprise applications and should be capable of designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
We are specifically looking for independent consultants on H4 EAD, L2S, GC, or USC.
Strictly no consultancy layers or marketing profiles.

- Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable enterprise-grade applications
- Lead a team of developers and conduct code reviews
- Define system architecture, API standards, and best practices
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Implement secure coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and QA
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Participate in client technical discussions
- Required Experience
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies
- At least 4+ years in architecture or technical leadership role
- Strong experience in cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
- Experience working directly with US clients is a plus
- Strong communication skills

- Must be an individual contributor (No third-party layers)

- Must be able to take technical ownership independently
- Strong recent hands-on coding experience required
