## Tasks Providing legal advice and guidance on various legal matters Conducting legal research and analysis Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements Representing the company in court or other legal proceedings Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Advising on potential legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies Maintaining accurate records of client cases and legal documents Collaborating with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services Staying up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations and providing guidance accordingly Communicating with authorities and regulators ## Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry Strong portfolio showcasing your skills, including corporate law and crypto regulations Knowledge of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) is a plus Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team Minimum capacity of 4 per week Passion for law and justice, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Alignment with our social and environmental values and motivation to serve the greater good Apply tot his job
