Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales professional to join our Legal AI Solutions team, focused on helping law firms and attorneys increase visibility in AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other large language model driven engines. This role focuses on selling Generative Engine Optimization GEO and AI Search Optimization solutions built specifically for the legal industry.
The ideal candidate brings a consultative, client first mindset, strong business development skills, and a genuine interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and the future of search. You will work directly with law firms, attorneys, and legal marketing teams to help them understand how AI search is changing client acquisition and how our platform helps them appear where modern clients are searching.
As a Legal AI Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building long term relationships with legal professionals, and driving adoption of AI powered search visibility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Development and Sales
- Engage with law firms, attorneys, and legal marketing teams to understand their client acquisition goals
- Present and sell AI search optimization and GEO solutions tailored to the legal industry
- Educate prospects on the shift from traditional SEO to AI driven search and generative engine optimization
- Conduct product demonstrations that show how our platform improves visibility in AI search results
- Develop new business through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and industry networking
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managing partners, firm administrators, and marketing directors
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on improving visibility in AI search results
- Deliver a high level of client service through clear communication and consistent follow up
- Maintain long term client relationships that lead to renewals and referrals
- Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns targeting law firms and legal organizations
- Provide market feedback to help refine product positioning and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Stay current on legal tech trends, AI search developments, and competitive solutions
- Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with attorneys and executives
- Consultative selling mindset with focus on solving client problems
- Self motivated and able to manage pipeline independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems, video conferencing, and modern sales tools
- Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly
- High school diploma required, bachelorβs degree preferred
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to law firms or professional service organizations
- Background in legal tech, SaaS, digital marketing, or AI solutions
- Experience with SEO, GEO, or online marketing platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
- Experience working with marketing directors, partners, or firm leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $77,258.02 - $251,041.91 per year
