Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a legal background (non-U.S. lawyer or paralegal) to take ownership of our vendor onboarding process, with a strong focus on contract review and coordination.
This is a hands-on, operational role within a fast-growing company where you will be working directly with leadership to help streamline and manage vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Review vendor agreements, NDAs, and service contracts
Flag risks, unclear terms, and areas needing revision
Ensure contracts align with company standards and requirements
Manage and track vendor onboarding from start to finish
Coordinate with internal team members on approvals and next steps
Organize and maintain contract records and documentation
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of onboarding
Ideal Candidate:
Background as a paralegal, legal assistant, or non-U.S. lawyer
Strong experience reviewing contracts (service agreements, NDAs, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes
Strong written communication skills
Experience with tools like Google Drive, CRM systems, or task management platforms is a plus
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Familiarity with vendor onboarding workflows
Exposure to marketing, lead generation, or SaaS agreements
