Back-office support Training & mentorship in commercial insurance (including niche programs) Freedom to work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote Who We’re Looking For We want entrepreneurial agents who are self-motivated and desire a better income structure for the long-term future. • At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience (commercial lines) • A self-driven, growth mindset • A current P&C license • Desire to build equity and take control of their future • Professionalism, integrity, and client-first focus • A founder’s mentality—not an employee’s mentality.
What You’ll Do • Prospect and develop new commercial clients. • Assess risks and prepare competitive quotes for prospects. • Manage and grow your book of business. • Utilize agency systems and markets to place business efficiently • Provide agent service and maintain long-term client relationships Job Type: Full-time
