- What You'll Do:
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists to carry out care plans that help clients adapt, recover, and maintain daily living
- Use interventions such as adaptive equipment education, fine motor rehab, and cognitive training
- Encourage functional improvements through consistent client interaction and exercise guidance
- Join interdisciplinary care planning to ensure coordinated, high-quality services
- Ensure session documentation meets quality, compliance, and goal-setting standards
- Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota COTA license
- Reliable vehicle and valid MN driver's license
- Strong documentation and team communication skills
- Passion for personalized, meaningful care in the home
