Skills
- Valid Life and Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker or agent
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and coverage options
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes
