This hybrid role puts you at the center of the loan process while developing income-producing skills:
Pipeline Management: Help move loans from application to clear-to-close
Condition Management: Collect, review, and organize borrower documents efficiently
Client & Agent Communication: Provide high-level, concierge-style updates
Deal Support: Work directly with agents, clients, and lenders to keep transactions moving
Sales Development: Shadow and learn lead conversion, scripting, and client consultations
