Overview
Motto Mortgage Triumph is seeking a full-time, remote Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with 3+ years of origination experience to support both residential and commercial loan opportunities
- Responsibilities
- Advise borrowers on loan products and financing options
- Manage the loan process from application through closing
- Collect, review, and submit required documentation
- Build and maintain referral relationships
- Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations
- Requirements
- Active NMLS license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Compensation
- 100% commission-based compensation
- Earnings vary based on production
- Signing bonus may be available for qualified candidates
