Responsibilities

Β Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Β Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Β Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.
Β Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Β Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using real estate administrative tools.
Β Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Skills
Β Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
Β Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Β Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Β Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
