Compensation Structure 90/10 split on your own business 60/40 split on REVESTY-provided business $200/month Agent Access Fee 6-month minimum financial commitment No desk fees, franchise fees, or hidden charges We invest heavily into our agents. We simply ask for a 6-month minimum commitment in return. RESPONSIBILITIES & COMMITMENTS Responsibilities Work new leads and cultivate and close the high-quality contacts provided by REVESTY Conduct virtual and in-person showings Write and negotiate offers Guide clients from intro to closing Use the REVESTY platform Maintain strong communication and professionalism Represent REVESTY with integrity and clarity Commitments Active California DRE Salesperson License Strong understanding of CA real estate paperwork & processes Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools Reliable work ethic and consistent engagement Willingness to commit to the 6-month Agent Access term HIRING & ONBOARDING PROCESS At REVESTY, our onboarding process is built for speed, clarity, and momentum.
Once you complete the hiring survey and meet the qualification score, you can move through all required steps same-day including signing your agreement, transferring your DRE license, and activating your Agent Access subscription. Our system is designed so motivated agents can be fully hired, activated, and onboarded within hours, with zero friction and clear instructions at each step.If you're ready to move forward, simply follow the outline below.
