- Serenity Wellness Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LMSW) to join our team and provide therapy to clients in the Baltimore and DMV area. Our center focuses on providing care to individuals with low-acuity mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Therapist
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with low-acuity mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development through supervision and training provided by Serenity Wellness.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing clinical education.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachlor's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Social Worker in the state of Maryland (LSW/LMSW) in the state of Maryland (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong commitment to serving the Baltimore/DMV population with a focus on mental health.
- Experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or related conditions.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the field of social work.
