Job Description
Hiring Mental Health Counselor
The Counseling Corner is currently seeking a full-time (23 client sessions / wk) mental health counselor to join our quickly growing practice and team of exceptional clinicians.
About us
We are a small group practice dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care so that we may offer services to everyone who seeks it, including adults, children, adolescents, couples and families with a wide range of mental health challenges. We accept a large number of insurances including Medicaid, and operate via telehealth in Virginia and Pennsylvania to increase accessibility. We deliver personalized treatments that go beyond a diagnosis and meet our clientsβ unique needs, and help them learn lifelong skills so they can achieve tangible outcomes.
Our positive work culture, which values the health and happiness of our employees, prioritizes fair compensation, a welcoming, collaborative culture, and work-life balance. Put simply, we believe our therapists should do what they do best, THERAPY, while our administrative team handles all of the billing, marketing, insurance checks, etc. Our clinicians are empathetic, sincere, and talented, each bringing unique skill sets to our practice. Our goal is to support our clinicians and their clients, contribute to their growth and professional development, and provide a vastly different experience than large therapy companies. Furthermore, we believe in holistic treatment meaning clients have the option to see someone from our team for therapy, but also medication management through our NP.
