Resilience Therapy Center, LLC is a growing telehealth practice serving clients across Maryland. We specialize in treating anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions, and are committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and inclusive environment.
We are seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change—while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Start Date: April / May 2026
This is a fully remote, contract (1099) telehealth position. As a clinician with our practice, you will focus exclusively on providing clinical care. We handle billing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and client referrals so you can do what you do best—support your clients.

- Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth psychotherapy to Maryland-based clients
- Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 10–15 clients per week
- Requirements
- Active Maryland license in one of the following:
- LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LGMFT, Psychologist, or Psychology Associate
- Current malpractice insurance ($1M/$3M coverage required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Ability to maintain a caseload of 10–15+ clients per week
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
